So what does all that mean?  It means that in my nearly 16 years of working exclusively with young children and in the field of early childhood education, I have explored many different learning techniques.  I am captivated by the ways in which our little ones learn and take in the world around them.  Nearly every experience they have from birth molds how they view the same world. It is up to both parents and teachers to ensure that they are encouraged to explore and learn, ask questions and to be leaders!
